Connect QuickBooks
A secure connection; the app never stores the QuickBooks password.
Every QuickBooks account already holds the early warning signs: customers who have quietly stopped ordering, invoices sliding past due, order frequency starting to drop. The data is there, but it’s buried in reports nobody has time to run. By the time someone notices, the customer has gone or the invoice is months overdue.
Our client wanted those signals in front of the team every day, with an obvious next step for each one.
The bookkeeping stays in QuickBooks. The app reads the data it needs and gives the team somewhere to act on it.
A web app that connects securely to QuickBooks and turns the data into a short list of things worth acting on.
When a call comes in, the dialer checks the number against the company’s QuickBooks customer base. If it’s a customer, their details appear on hover, so whoever answers already knows who is calling and what they buy before they pick up.
A secure connection; the app never stores the QuickBooks password.
Quiet customers, overdue invoices and important changes come to the surface.
They follow up, re-engage and collect from one workspace, with AI drafting the emails.
Most growing businesses don’t need another platform. They need the systems they already pay for to tell them what to do next. This project didn’t replace QuickBooks: it connected to it and put the useful parts in front of the people who can act on them.
That’s the kind of work Ranuvo does: integrations, internal tools and AI workflows built around the software a business already runs.
